Our HR consultancy was set up in 2017 by Debbie Mosley, a Chartered Member of the CIPD who has over 18 years of senior HR experience spanning across many disciplines working for well-respected brands in multiple sectors.

Delighted to be appointed as a Trustee
As Owner and HR Consultant at Dêmos HR Solutions, Debbie is honoured to have been appointed as a Trustee for Cheshire Scouts. Her role involves supporting the charity providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance.
Debbie, has also been appointed as a Trustee to Kidscan children's cancer research charity - based locally in Salford and one of the only charities in the UK solely dedicated to combating children's cancer. Debbie is supporting this worthy cause with her valuable experience in HR management.
