We offer regular support from just £75 per month for companies with up to 5 employees, which includes telephone and email advice covering the following:
- Advising on how to stay legally compliant in all areas of HR practices
- Reviewing and drafting terms and conditions of employment and policies and procedures
- Advising and supporting with disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, contract variation and TUPE issues
- Drafting all supporting letters and correspondence
We can undertake ad hoc HR projects or we can work on a retainer basis to cover issues such as:
- Conducting HR audits
- Devising a people and HR strategy
- Designing and delivering HR specific training sessions
- Conducting job evaluation and introducing a job grading framework
- Designing and implementing an employee engagement strategy
- Aligning employee benefits and the total reward package to the business objective
- Improving the employee value proposition (employee offering) to attract and retain key talent
- Reviewing, redesigning or implementing bonus schemes
- GDPR package covering advice, training and specific HR actions in relation to your employee and prospective candidate data, as well as a suite of bespoke GDPR compliant documents
We also offer packages with a one-off fee that includes advice, and documents using your company’s branding:
